with another right brain, creative TIME 2 LAUGH and ‘LET IT GO’ with a Healthy AH! HA! *Sigh and stress relieving Laughter Exercise!

Throughout your day, when you see the following times on a DIGITAL Display; you may use this as a HA HA HEALTHY TRIGGER TOOL – TRES KEWL! (That’s VERY Cool in French and American Slang!)

TIME 2 ‘LET IT GO’ LAFOLOT.COM LAUGHTER EXERCISE:

9:17 (upsidedown and backwards on a digital display) = L.I.G (LET IT GO) Let It Flow, Release
the ‘stuck’ focus and LOOK for a PHresh Outlook on your problem, feeling or situation.

L.I.G. Let It Go by taking in a BIG AHHHHHHHHH! (inward breath) and RELEASE with a BIG,
blowing out of air as you SIGH with a HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. For example: Ahhhh! Haaaaaa!

Feel your shoulders and body relax and allow it to go limp as you release the pressure.
If you are able, allow yourself to flop downward and forward like a Marionette Puppette
with your arms and legs held together with strings. Or, just IMAGINE it and FEEL it.

9:18 (upsidedown and backward on a digital display) BIG … Take another deep breath in and
Let out a BIG CLEANSING LAUGH!

9:19 (right side up or upsidedown and backwards) gIg or GIG … short for GIGGLE! Finish the
release with a childlike giggle, for having viewed the world, your situation or your
problem with the PHresh Outlook of a wide-eyed child full of WONDER!
