HA HA Helen Style – TIME 2 LAUGH Method of stress removal:

Note the time on a digital clock: (visualize the digits, upside down and backwards – take an OUTLOOK SHIFT!)

7:03 = End Of Line (feel at the end of your rope? Too much going on?)

7:04 = hoL (feel like you are stuck in a hole?)

7:05 = SOL (get in touch with you soul – your center – focus within)

7:06 = gOL (that’s your goal … pause and take a deep breath and focus within)

7:07 = LOL (take that deep breath in and RELEASE the stress and tension with a HEART HEALTHY – LAUGH OUT LOUD!)

This has been a HA HA Helen, TIME 2 LAUGH – mini-meditation moment …

to be used while driving to or from a stressful event or at home – noticing the time on a digital clock -

take an OUTLOOK SHIFT moment and see those digits on the clock – upside down and backwards for a PHresh Outlook.

Turn that acidic PH level around – balance and neutralize it – be wise – stop – pause – focus and take TIME 2 LAUGH.
